The Community Program Director understands the importance of creating activities that fit residents' needs and desires to stay physically, intellectually, spiritually, emotionally, and socially active. The Community Program Director coordinates all levels of activity programming and provides supervision, mentoring, coaching and training of ancillary staff in areas of responsibility while following the philosophies and values of Tockwotton. The Community Program Director is also responsible for overseeing the coordination of transportation needs. He/She will also facilitate the effective completion of care plans and RAI documentation concerning activity needs. He/She works cooperatively and respectfully with residents, coworkers, families, visitors and volunteers to create a positive and pleasant environment in the home.
