What You'll Do Lead and grow a dynamic Activities team — hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating assistants Design and deliver a well-rounded therapeutic activities program across all shifts, including evenings and weekends Facilitate monthly Resident Council meetings and champion resident voice Manage the facility volunteer program from recruitment through recognition Partner with clinical and marketing teams to support community engagement and census growth Complete assessments, care plans, and documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines Celebrate holidays, milestone events, and daily wins in meaningful ways What You Bring One of the following: Associate's degree from an accredited college or university Two years of college coursework Two years of experience in long-term care activities or memory care
