As the leader of the Lifestyle Enrichment Team, you provide necessary direction and oversight including creating assigned schedules to ensure industry-leading resident programming service delivery. Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or related field or equivalent education, work experience and certification
Skills:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with residents having dementia and appropriate therapeutic/behavioral interventions. Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
Years of Experience:
Supervisory experience preferred
Certification:
