Job Description

Warriors Heart
  • is a Private Adult Drug & Alcohol Treatment that exclusively treats our Nations Heros
  • Active Duty Military, Veterans, Law Enforcement, Fire Fighters and First Responders.
Pay ranges depending on qualifications/experience. The Warriors Heart Alumni Director is responsible for overseeing and advancing Warriors Heart Alumni Program that provides long-term, regular interaction and support to the Warriors Heart Alumni. This critical leadership role ensures alumni stay connected, supported, and empowered to foster ongoing peer support and community growth.
  • Must have Experience and/or Knowledge of Addiction (personal/professional)
  • 2 years of experience in the behavioral health field.
  • Advanced computer skills
  • (mac, excel, word, etc).
  • Must be open to supporting a 24 x 7 environment including on call, weekend and evening work.
  • Able to work under pressure and communicate effectively.
  • Skilled in CRM like Salesforce, etc.
  • Must be fluent in reading, writing and speaking the English language.
  • Current cleared TB skin test.
  • Valid Drivers License in good standings.
  • Pass an annual Background Clearance.
  • Minimum of 2 years of continuous sobriety (if in recovery).
  • Willing to submit to random clean drug and alcohol screening (and pass).
  • Strong Follow though Skills.
