Job Description

Responsibilities:
Must be A Certified Activity Assistant Plan, organize, and coordinate a variety of activities and programs for residents in an assisted living facility. Develop and implement engaging activities that cater to the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents. Create a monthly activity calendar and ensure activities are scheduled and executed effectively. Coordinate with staff, volunteers, and outside vendors to facilitate activities and events. Provide individualized attention to residents, taking into consideration their preferences and abilities. Conduct assessments to determine the interests and needs of residents in order to tailor activities accordingly. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to resident care. Maintain accurate records of resident participation in activities.
