Role:
As a Certified Activity Director - LTC/SNF , you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing a diverse range of activities that cater to the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents. Your primary goal will be to promote resident engagement, interaction, and overall well-being through a variety of recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to identify and address the unique needs of each resident, ensuring that our activities program aligns with their individual goals and preferences.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program that addresses the diverse needs and interests of our residents Collaborate with healthcare staff to identify and address resident needs, and develop targeted activities to improve their physical, emotional, and social well-being Plan and execute recreational, educational, and therapeutic activities, including arts and crafts, exercise programs, and social events Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, vendors, and volunteers to enhance our activities program and promote resident engagement Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our activities program, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal resident outcomes Maintain accurate records and reports of resident participation, activity schedules, and program evaluations

Requirements:
