The ideal applicants must be certified or eligible for certification as an Activity Director or CTRS, team oriented, have experience in activities and senior skilled nursing/rehabilitation. Lifetime Wellness offers tailored wellness programs to skilled nursing and rehab centers, assisted living and memory care facilities.
