How you will make an impact Organizing and implementing programs and activities with residents. Managing resident led programs and activities. Conducting meetings with new resident orientation. Recommending appropriate levels of residency. Assessing and resolving issues regarding residents' care and safety. Developing referral network within the community for available services. Educating residents in the importance of Advanced Directives and completion of documents.

Compensation:

Commensurate upon experience starting at $56,000.00 annually. What you will need Minimum of 3 years of social work experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in senior setting. Knowledge of the geriatric population and dementia is preferred. Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
