We specialize in recreation therapy, music therapy, aquatic therapy, and medical massage, combining the stability of a large provider with the collaborative, clinician-focused culture of a small team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Recreation Therapist to deliver individualized therapy services within home and community-based programs. You'll support clients in achieving functional, social, and emotional goals through evidence-based recreation therapy interventions.
What You'll Do:
Design and implement recreation therapy programs tailored to client goals Provide therapy services in home and community settings Maintain compliant documentation and progress notes Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications:
