Pay will be based on experience. Experience with Independent and Assisted Living preferred. The ideal candidate will be able to provide daily and group activities that incorporate laughter, song, music, interaction, and cognitive stimulation with a personalized and warm approach. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire a team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join a dynamic and innovative team.
Responsibilities:
Implement programs to engage residents and provide cognitive, physical, and social stimulation. Engages residents in meaningful conversations and activities that relate to their individual interests. Designs monthly activity calendars and creates a community Monthly Newsletter. Maintains quarterly activity documentation for all residents. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Coordinates community volunteer programs within the community. Organizes seasonal and annual community events. Organizes planned outings and the must have the ability to drive the community bus. There is weekend, holiday and some evening hours required.
