Job Description
The Lifestyle Assistant at Cinnamon Shore will support the day-to-day operations, organization, and execution of community events and activities designed to enhance the experience for homeowners, guests, and visitors. This role works closely with the Lifestyle Director to assist with the behind-the-scenes responsibilities required to keep the department organized, prepared, and running efficiently. While this role does include participation in events and guest interaction, much of the position focuses on operational support, organization, setup and breakdown, inventory management, office upkeep, signage installation, logistical coordination, and administrative assistance. This is not purely an "event planning" or "social media" role. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, highly organized, adaptable, and willing to assist wherever support is needed in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the organization and execution of community events, social gatherings, and recreational activities Support setup, breakdown, cleaning, and post-event organization for events and activations Organize and maintain lifestyle inventory, storage areas, décor, signage, and operational supplies Assist with AMEX reconciliations, expense tracking, receipt organization, and administrative support tasks Create and maintain supply lists, operational checklists, inventory logs, and spreadsheets Assist with lifestyle signage installations and seasonal décor placement throughout the property Help coordinate on-site logistics, schedules, supplies, and event preparation Assist with pickups, deliveries, and transportation of event materials and supplies as needed Support event promotion through flyers, newsletters, signage, bulletin boards, and email communications Assist with Canva graphics and simple marketing materials when needed Maintain event calendars and activity schedules to keep residents and staff informed Be present during evening and weekend events including live music nights, popsicle nights, holiday activations, and Market Street closures Provide excellent customer service and hospitality to homeowners and guests Assist with vendor coordination, event logistics, and operational preparation Cross-train on administrative functions to support office operations when needed Other duties as assigned by the
Lifestyle Director or General Manager Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a professional and personable attitude Ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Canva or graphic design experience is a plus Strong writing and communication skills preferred Ability to manage inventory, maintain organization, and keep workspaces operationally efficient Comfortable performing both administrative and hands-on operational tasks Ability to lift and move heavy boxes, décor, signage, and event materials when needed Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules Why Join Us?
