This is a fast-paced, high-functioning clinic where patient experience, clinical precision, and professionalism are held to a very high standard.

Please note:

This is not an aesthetic injector position. Botox and filler training are not offered with this role. What We're Looking For Experience in a medical office or medspa setting Strong IV skills with confidence in starting and monitoring infusions Excellent bedside manner with a focus on elevated patient experience Ability to stay organized and responsive in a fast-paced environment A proactive team member who jumps in and helps keep the clinic flowing Clinical Responsibilities Phlebotomy and processing diagnostic labs Initiating and monitoring IV therapy Administering IM injections Telephone triage and patient communication Assisting with minor procedures Patient education, including pre- and post-care instructions Supporting functional medicine testing (including take-home kits) Office & Technical Skills Proficient with computers and EHR systems Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Experience with multi-line phones and general clinic operations Additional Information Interest in functional or integrative medicine is a plus Interest in aesthetics is a plus We maintain a polished, professional, patient-focused environment at all times Reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic are essential If you meet the above criteria and are interested in joining a high-performing team, please submit your resume and complete the Indeed phone screening.
