Acute Care Registered Nurseswill be responsible for direct patient care per assigned unit to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care of acute patients.

This position provides care in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice, utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Recent acute care nursing experience in specialty area of interest highly preferred; some units willing to train
  • Ability to obtain clean Alaska RN license or temp license
  • Associates degree in nursing required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • BLS required.
May require ACLS, PALS, or additional certification and/or continuing education based on area of practice.
