Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN•OTP / Outpatient Clinic for an exciting opportunity in Juneau, AK. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring Administer medications safely according to provider orders and clinic protocols Manage OTP medication workflows and controlled substance inventory Maintain medication room operations including opening and closing procedures Perform point-of-care testing and quality control checks Document all patient care accurately within the electronic health record Recognize changes in patient condition and escalate concerns appropriately Provide patient and family education regarding medications and treatment plans Coordinate care with providers, pharmacy, and clinic staff Support infection control, patient safety, and regulatory compliance standards Requirements Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher required Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred Experience with medication administration or clinic-based workflows preferred Strong EMR documentation skills Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making abilities Medication safety and controlled inventory management skills Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Ability to manage fast-paced outpatient workflows efficiently For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
