Relocation Assistance Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN•Outpatient Medication / OTP Clinic for an exciting opportunity in Klawock, AK. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and individualized care planning Administer medications safely according to provider orders and clinic protocols Monitor patient response to treatment and adjust care interventions as needed Provide patient and family education regarding medications and treatment plans Support outpatient medication administration and OTP clinic operations Maintain medication inventory and ensure proper storage and tracking Manage medication room opening and closing procedures Perform and document point-of-care testing quality control checks Maintain accurate EHR documentation for nursing care and medication administration Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and follow-up Ensure compliance with infection control, medication safety, and regulatory standards Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives Requirements Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required Current unrestricted Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license required BLS certification (AHA) required Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required Outpatient, ambulatory care, or medication administration experience preferred Strong medication administration and patient safety skills Strong assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinic environment Proficiency with electronic health records Strong organizational and multitasking abilities For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
