Weeks Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide high-quality emergency and urgent care services in a Critical Access Hospital and Level IV Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will be comfortable caring for a wide range of emergency patients in a rural healthcare environment and possess strong assessment and critical-thinking skills. Requirements Active RN License required BLS Certification required ACLS Certification required PALS Certification required Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room experience required First-time travelers accepted Schedule 3 x 12-Hour Variable Shifts Weekend coverage required No on-call requirements Required Skills & Experience Emergency Department Nursing Triage and Patient Assessment Trauma Stabilization Critical Care Interventions Pediatric Emergency Care IV Therapy and Medication Administration Emergency Response and Resuscitation Epic Documentation Key Responsibilities Assess, prioritize, and treat patients presenting with emergency and urgent medical conditions Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency treatments Monitor patient conditions and respond rapidly to changes in status Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Epic Float to appropriate units within scope of practice when needed For more details reach at sthakur@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 732 791 4807 - EXT 4807 .
