We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN)—LTC—for a 26-week travel contract in Seward, AK. This assignment is ideal for an RN with strong long-term care experience, experience caring for patients with dementia and cognitive impairments, and the ability to provide compassionate care in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to long-term care residents using the full Nursing Process Care for patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, TBI, cognitive impairments, and physical disabilities Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatment Perform G-tube feedings, wound care, respiratory treatments, and IV hydration as needed Demonstrate critical thinking and clinical judgment in patient care planning Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality resident care Other assigned duties by supervisor

Required Qualifications:

Active AK RN license Minimum 1+ year of LTC RN experience Previous travel experience required Experience with long-term care patient populations Required Certifications (must be American Heart Association): BLS Apply Now!
