Weeks Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to join a Magnet-designated, Level II Trauma acute care hospital. The ideal candidate will have strong perioperative nursing experience and the ability to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment. Requirements Active Alaska RN License required BLS Certification required ACLS preferred CNOR preferred Minimum 2 years of recent OR experience required First-time travelers not accepted Schedule 3 x 12-Hour Day Shifts Shift times may vary: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM 9:00 AM - 9:30 PM Weekend coverage required Limited call coverage for staff call-offs only Required Skills & Experience Perioperative Nursing Surgical Circulating Patient Assessment and Monitoring Sterile Technique and Infection Prevention Surgical Safety Protocols Trauma and Acute Care Surgical Support Epic EMR Documentation Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures Coordinate patient care with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff Maintain a safe and sterile operating room environment Monitor patient status throughout surgical procedures Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Document patient care accurately within Epic For more details reach at sthakur@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 732 791 4807 - EXT 4807 .
