Job Description

Position:
Registered Nurse (RN)•
Outpatient Clinic Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $25,000
Relocation Assistance:
Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) functions within an outpatient/ambulatory care setting and is responsible for supporting patients, providers, and clinic staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and delivery of high-quality patient care. The RN coordinates clinical services, maintains patient safety standards, assists with care management, and promotes effective communication among interdisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care and clinical services in collaboration with providers and clinic staff. Coordinate and oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care. Assist providers during examinations, treatments, and procedures. Perform patient assessments, specimen collection, medication administration, and patient education. Maintain medication inventory and clinic supplies. Ensure quality control standards for point-of-care testing are met. Accurately document patient care, assessments, interventions, and outcomes in a timely manner. Support opening and closing clinic procedures. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment. Participate in staff meetings, mandatory training, competency assessments, and continuing education activities. Education & Licensure Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred. Acute care or outpatient clinic experience preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of the nursing process and patient care principles. Proficient in patient assessment, clinical documentation, and specimen collection. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and use of hands. Occasional bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and balancing. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Schedule Full-Time Monday•Friday Day Shift (8:00 AM•5:00 PM) Required Certifications Registered Nurse (RN) License Basic Life Support (BLS) Additional competency certifications as required by the organization and department standards. #Nurse2026
Pay:
$75,000.00•$99,000.00 per year
