Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit, focusing on those with acute and complex cardiac conditions Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient status, ensuring rapid intervention and effective care Manage a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, allowing for focused attention and a high standard of individualized patient care Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement and coordinate treatment plans Administer and titrate medications, manage advanced cardiac life support equipment, and interpret diagnostic data Support patients and families with clear communication, education, and compassionate guidance throughout the care continuum

Qualifications:
