You will be vital in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote health and well-being. Duties Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories using advanced EMR/EHR systems. Administer medications, and medication management per HIPAA guidelines. Collaborate with physicians on client mental health care and other nursing related tasks in a youth residential setting. Document all patient interactions thoroughly in medical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ICD coding standards (ICD-9/10). Skills Knowledge of infectious disease protocols, infection control practices, and aseptic techniques to prevent hospital-acquired infections. Experience working with diverse populations including pediatrics and behavioral health patients or individuals with developmental disabilities. Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments involving physiology knowledge and medical terminology; capable of triage in urgent situations or incidents
