Alabama Mobile Wound Care is a Medicare-certified Wound Treatment provider that has been in business since 2024. We are known as providing the highest quality of care and are looking to employ only highly trained, compassionate skilled registered nurses (RN's) to join our team! As a field RN on our healthcare team, you will provide wound care treatment in private homes, nursing homes, or other facilities using cutting edge treatments that make our wound care stand out from other providers. You'll also enjoy the flexibility and autonomy of creating your own weekly schedule along with highly competitive pay.

On the road Mobile Health RN Responsibilities- Function as a case manager in charge of caseload
- Collaborate with physicians and the health care team in determining the care plan and needs of the patient
- Educate patients, caregivers and family members
- Work closely and collaboratively with all members of the health care team
- Inform the Clinical Manager of patient progress and clinical concerns
- Record patient medical information in our electronic medical record system, Axxess
- Inform the physician of changes in the patient's condition or treatment plan Mobile Health RN Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Alabama
- Current driver's license, auto insurance and CPR
- Nursing experience in home health care, ICU, ER or nursing home preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong desire to help others in a compassionate and caring way
