Job Description

Overview The following statements reflect the general duties considered necessary to describe the principal functions of the job as identified and shall not be considered as a detailed description of all the work requirements, which may be inherent in the position. Must be willing to work flexible hours. Monday through Friday work Schedule. Must be willing to crosstrain to work in Pre-Admission Testing. Thorough teaching skills required. Must have thorough knowledge of surgical, radiology and endoscopy procedures and nursing aspects of anesthetics. Qualifications Education / Licensure /
Certification:
  • Must be graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing Program with current licensure by the Alabama State Board of Nursing.
  • Must have 2 years Med/Surg or 1 year Critical Care experience.
  • Must maintain current ACLS and PALS certification.
