The Covery is a new Recovery and Wellness spa concept which blends the world of Aesthetics, Athletic Recovery, and Wellness, and we are seeking an outgoing, and experienced Registered Nurse for our team. This is your opportunity to take an active role in assisting individuals on their health and wellness journey and leading a team of nurses to support The Covery mission.

Responsibilities include:

The RN is expected to be well-versed and proficient in guiding and educating both prospective and established clients in the services offered at The Covery. A general understanding of each service is expected, along with accurate and thoughtful articulation of the key talking points and the benefits of each modality. This includes, but is not limited to IV Vitamin Therapy, mild Hyperbaric Oxygen therapy, Cryotherapy (whole body and localized), PEMF Therapy, Red Light Therapy (wall and localized), BallancerPro and compression therapy, Infrared Salt Sauna, Cryoskin Revolution, Morpheous8, T-Shape2. The RN is expected to be knowledgeable of all vitamins, minerals and antioxidants offered at The Covery and should be able to properly educate clients and staff members on their benefits. The RN safely and correctly administers IV and/or IM therapy options as instructed in the policy and procedure manual and holds the nurses to the same standard. The RN is required to be knowledgeable and competent in utilizing all software IT systems (Training provided). The RN is required to be knowledgeable in how to safely and properly operate all equipment used at The Covery (Training provided). The RN is expected to provide exceptional customer service by communicating in a therapeutic and empathetic manner the same standards are expected of all employees. The RN is expected to assist with all revenue generating activities. This may include but is not limited to assisting team members with retail sales, scheduling client appointments, and completing client sales through Mindbody (customer management system), as applicable.

Qualifications include:

Active Alabama RN License with at least two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg or similar). Active BLS Certification Minimum of 1-year experience administering IV infusions Prior med spa experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate Knowledge of med spa services, laser, and skin care preferred Dependable and eager to learn and grow within the Aesthetics Industry Strong critical thinking skills Strong verbal and written communication skills
