Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a night shift nurse LPN or RN who is compassionate and dedicated to join our healthcare team. We are a Specialty Care Assisted Living Facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in specialty care assisted living. The LPN/RN will work under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians to deliver essential nursing services, ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients. Duties Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status Assist in patient assessments and develop care plans Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies Participate in discharge planning and case management for continuity of care Support patients with developmental disabilities, Alzheimer's care, memory care, and geriatrics Skills Candidates should possess a variety of skills that enhance their ability to provide excellent patient care.
Preferred skills include:
