Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse and make a meaningful impact on patient care across diverse settings! In this vital role, you will provide expert nursing services, coordinate patient assessments, administer treatments, and ensure the highest standards of safety and comfort. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and perform wound suturing with precision and aseptic technique Manage complex care needs such as dialysis, ventilator support, ostomy care, and tube feeding for diverse patient populations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in acute care settings like ICU, emergency room, trauma centers, and surgical units Document all patient interactions accurately using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic or Cerner Assist in diagnostic evaluations including laboratory specimen collection/processing and basic imaging procedures like sonography or mammography Provide specialized care in areas such as geriatrics, behavioral health, hospice & palliative medicine, memory care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities Requirements Valid RN license in good standing with current state requirements Proven experience in critical care environments such as ICU or Level I Trauma Centers preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and infection control protocols Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or Cerner; familiarity with medical documentation standards including HIPAA compliance Ability to perform procedures including venipuncture, catheterization, sterile processing, and airway management Excellent patient assessment skills coupled with compassionate communication and teamwork abilities Certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are highly desirable Join us to elevate patient care through your expertise! $36.67 - $44.17 per hour
