Job Description

Make a Meaningful Difference in the Lives of Patients with Cancer. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing clinical team serving patients throughout Mobile and Baldwin Counties, Alabama. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to work closely with leading oncology practices while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals navigating cancer treatment and complex medical conditions.

Required Qualifications:
Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active or eligible licensure in the State of Alabama Minimum of four years of direct patient care experience in primary care Extensive knowledge and experience in: Chronic disease management, Complex patient care and Palliative care principles Strong organizational, clinical, and problem-solving skills Adaptability and comfort working in a growing, evolving healthcare environment Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
Preferred Qualifications:
Clinical experience caring for oncology patients or other high-acuity patient populations Strong understanding of cancer treatment-related complications and supportive care needs Experience coordinating care across multiple providers and healthcare settings Background working within a Value-Based Care model
