$31.20 - $40.40/hr (based on experience)

At Aspire Physical Recovery Center at West Alabama, our Day Shift RNs are more than caregivers—they are clinical leaders who guide care, support their teams, and ensure residents receive exceptional attention every day. This is a role where you can slow down from hospital pace , build meaningful relationships, and make a lasting difference in residents' lives. Position Overview As a Day Shift RN, you'll provide comprehensive nursing care while overseeing clinical operations on your unit. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and resident-centered care .
