Schedule/Hours:
Flexible schedule based on assignment needs Rotating shifts and some weekends may be required
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse license (RN) or Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credentials BLS certification (required) Minimum of 1 year recent clinical experience in a relevant setting Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments Previous travel assignment experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
Deliver patient care and support before, during, and after surgical procedures Monitor and maintain a sterile environment Assist surgical teams with instruments, supplies, and documentation Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes Uphold all safety, infection control, and patient confidentiality protocols Provide empathetic support for patients and families
