Job Description

Category Nursing - RN-ER Job Type Contract Bring your expertise in emergency nursing to an environment where your clinical skills and commitment to patient care will make a meaningful impact. This contract role requires an experienced RN to deliver exceptional care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting, working collaboratively within a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.
Qualifications & Experience:
Current and valid RN license Proven experience in an Emergency Room (ER) environment Advanced knowledge of emergency protocols, triage, and critical care best practices BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain as required) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess rapidly evolving clinical situations and prioritize effectively Demonstrated capacity for remaining calm and effective under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive assessments and deliver patient-centered care to individuals experiencing medical emergencies Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patient conditions promptly Collaborate with physicians, fellow nurses, and medical staff to coordinate high-quality care Administer medications, IVs, and other critical interventions as directed Educate patients and families on medical conditions, procedures, and aftercare Maintain accurate, detailed reports and documentation in compliance with facility protocols Uphold strict adherence to infection control and safety standards This role offers an opportunity to build upon your ER nursing skills, make a significant contribution to patient outcomes, and work alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.
