Qualifications Needed:

Current, unrestricted RN license Two or more years of recent stepdown experience, including ventilator weaning Proficient in long-term vent management ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Strong critical thinking and communication skills Adaptability and teamwork in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
