How you'll contribute For RNs looking for cardiovascular unit that challenges you, supports your growth, and values your voice as a nurse, North Alabama Medical Center is the place to build your career. Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments. Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family. Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation. Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs. Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances. Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients. Participates in performance improvement and continuing education. Maintains regular and reliable attendance. Schedule:
