Requirements:
Valid, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) state license. BLS certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision. Perform comprehensive patient assessments; administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document vital signs continuously. Evaluate, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection and complications. Maintain accurate patient records and provide patient/family education on conditions and self-care. Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control protocols.
