With several immediate openings, skilled RNs are encouraged to apply for either day or night shifts. Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Proven experience in the operating room, ideally within a high-acuity or trauma setting Significant neuro surgery case exposure preferred Ability to quickly adapt to evolving clinical priorities Strong communication and critical-thinking skills BLS and ACLS certifications required

Key Responsibilities:

Scrub and circulate during surgical procedures, ensuring sterile technique and optimal patient safety Collaborate with surgical, anesthesia, and support staff in a multidisciplinary environment Respond quickly to emergencies; expertly manage complex situations in a Level 1 trauma setting Document all aspects of nursing care comprehensively and accurately Advocate for patients and demonstrate compassionate, evidence-based practice throughout the perioperative continuum
