Category Nursing - RN-MS Job Type Contract A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse with Medical-Surgical experience to deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic hospital setting. This 13-week contract role is ideal for an RN seeking to build expertise and make a meaningful impact.

Schedule:

Night shift: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. 13-week assignment

Key Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license At least one year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications (current and required) Previous hands-on experience with Cerner electronic health record systems Permanent address must be 50 or more miles from the facility

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on the medical-surgical unit Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure best patient outcomes Monitor and assess patients to detect changes in condition; implement appropriate interventions Document all patient data, medication administration, and nursing interventions accurately in Cerner Educate patients and their families on care needs and post-discharge instructions Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards This role offers a professional and supportive work environment, the chance to gain valuable experience in a respected medical-surgical unit, and opportunities to enhance your clinical skills in a travel assignment.
