Qualifications:

Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license Previous experience in a Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) nursing unit Comprehensive knowledge of patient care principles for adult and geriatric populations Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to manage multiple patient assignments efficiently Current BLS certification; additional credentials a plus Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Role Responsibilities:
