Job Description

Category Nursing - RN - MS Oncology Job Type Contract Make a positive impact in oncology care while enhancing your nursing career in an engaging and supportive environment. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Registered Nurses with a background in Med Surg Oncology who value professional growth and hands-on patient care.
Schedule/Hours:
Full-time, 13-week contract assignment 36 or 48 hours per week Choice of shifts: 3x12's or 4x12's, days or nights available No on call, weekends, or holiday shifts
Qualifications:
Active RN license required; BSN preferred BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications required Kentucky State License or compact license accepted At least 2 years of Med Surg Oncology experience preferred Previous travel nursing experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to oncology and medical-surgical patients Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individualized patient treatment plans Monitor, assess, and document patient status and treatment responses accurately Administer medications, manage IV lines, and provide emotional support to patients and families Uphold safety protocols and infection control standards within the clinical setting This position offers the chance to work in a region celebrated for its outdoor recreation, providing the balance of advancing your nursing skills and exploring beautiful surroundings.
