Required Experience & Qualifications:

Active RN license, in good standing Minimum of one year recent experience in the Operating Room as an RN Demonstrated proficiency in perioperative nursing procedures Current BLS and ACLS certifications Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and team coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

Circulate and scrub in Operating Room procedures as needed Collaborate closely with surgical teams to provide safe, efficient patient care Prepare operating rooms, maintain sterile fields, and ensure all necessary equipment is available Monitor patients before, during, and after surgery for optimal outcomes Accurately document care and advocate for patient safety at all times
