Competitive Weekly ## Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a healthcare team in Arkansas. The RN will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure patient safety and comfort in a fast-paced clinical environment. ## Responsibilities
Assess and monitor patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff
Educate patients and families on treatment plans
Follow infection control and patient safety protocols
Respond effectively to emergencies and patient needs ## Requirements
Active RN License (Arkansas or Compact State)
BLS Certification required
ACLS preferred
Minimum 1 year of RN experience preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
