Position :
Registered Nurse (RN)Qualifications :
- Nursing degree from accredited school and current registered nurse license in AR (required)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, functional medicine, or related field (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build trust with patients and team members (required)
- Proficient in electronic health record systems and comfortable with advanced diagnostic testing workflows (preferred)

Essential Job Functions :
- Lead a culture of excellence for all SALT Health staff by leading with a servant's heart
- Exhibit a positive attitude, be energetic and enjoy helping customers/members reach their health and wellness goals
- Conduct accurate and efficient member intake process, including triage, comprehensive health histories, lifestyle assessments, and medication reviews, capturing both conventional and functional medicine data points.
- Administer care, treatments, and medications according to established protocols, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and understanding of each step.
- Prepare and maintain equipment for procedures; assist providers with both clinical and advanced diagnostic testing; communicate follow-up steps clearly to members.
- Apply Functional Medicine principles during patient interactions, including root cause assessment, basic nutrition/lifestyle recommendations with scope, and coordination of advanced testing.
- Provide patient education and coaching on care plans, lab results, and lifestyle modifications to support adherence and self-management.
- Proactively follow up on lab results, treatment progress, and care plan adherence, escalating concerns to providers as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that reflects SALT Health's brand standards and enhances the member experience.
- Actively participate in the development and revision of clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance, best practices, and innovation.
- Coordinate with SALT Health providers and the care team to deliver exceptional, integrated care.
- Participate in after-hours activities or special events as required.
- Contribute to SALT Health's culture by promoting teamwork, embracing change, and actively living out the organization's core values.
- Complete appropriate documentation in electronic health record to demonstrate progress with customers/members
- Ensure fiscal viability of SALT Health; Comply with all SALT Health policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

Reports to Clinical Care Lead; works in close collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and the interdisciplinary SALT Health team. Pay:
$28.00- $32.
