Job Description

Job Summary:
Provides direct and indirect patient care in the medical-surgical setting. Communicates with physicians/Nurse Manager/co-workers, as appropriate about changes in patient's clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Responds promptly and effectively to changes in condition or treatment response. Additionally, performs general nursing duties across departments under sufficient supervision. Supports Ozark Health's mission, vision, and values.
Hours of Work:
12-hour shifts PRN Tier 2
Requirements:
Work one (1) shift every week or schedule 48 hours of call time, during a 10-week schedule, when shifts are not available Work one (1) weekend shift per month Work one (1) Ozark Health recognized holiday per year
Job Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current certifications: BLS Within one (1) year: ACLS, PALS, and
AR SAVES
• Current licensure by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing as an RN 2 years of experience as a Med Surg RN Recognized holidays: New Year's Day Memorial Day July 4th
