Job Description

Join Pinnacle In-Home Care Are you a compassionate nurse looking to make a real difference in the lives of older adults and seniors? Pinnacle In-Home Care is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to join our team. We provide personal care, companionship, and a variety of supportive services in clients' homes, helping them live safely and comfortably.

What You'll Do:

Conduct initial assessments and regular supervisory visits in line with state regulations Prepare and maintain accurate documentation Ensure ongoing compliance with state regulations Represent Pinnacle In-Home Care in the community, attending healthcare events and building relationships with referral sources

What We're Looking For:

Current, valid RN or LPN license in good standing in Arkansas Experience in home care or community-based nursing is preferred Current driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check Sales or marketing experience a plus

Skills That Will Help You Succeed:

Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong organizational and time management abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of office management procedures

Physical Requirements:
