Pay Rates RN:

$30

• 35/hr + $3/hr shift differential

LPN:

$22

Requirements/Qualifications:

Requirements Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active Arkansas or compact RN/LPN license BLS required (ACLS preferred) Inpatient psychiatric experience preferred Knowledge of mental health conditions; willingness to learn De-escalation training a plus (training provided) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Empathetic, resilient, and calm under pressure Reliable team player with a professional attitude
