Registered Nurse

Job Summary Serenity Personal Care Services is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Bilingual Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Farmington area. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Spanish and English and experienced in completing client assessments for personal care and home care services. This nurse will play an important role in evaluating client needs, completing nursing assessments, supervising caregiver services, and ensuring quality care for our clients. Responsibilities Complete in-home client assessments and reassessments Develop and review individualized care plans Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients and families Monitor client health and report changes in condition Supervise caregivers and ensure quality client care Maintain accurate nursing documentation and records Coordinate with physicians, families, case managers, and office staff Ensure compliance with Arkansas home care regulations and company policies Participate in client admissions and service setup Qualifications Active Arkansas RN License (Required) Fluent in Spanish and English (Required) Experience in home care, personal care, or community-based services preferred Strong assessment and documentation skills Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work independently and manage scheduling efficiently What We Offer Competitive Pay Flexible Schedule Mileage Reimbursement (if applicable) Supportive Work Environment Growth Opportunities Schedule Monday-Friday Flexible hours based on assessments and client needs PRN opportunities available
