Job Description

Join One of Arkansas' Leading Multidisciplinary Personal Injury Clinics We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our growing integrated healthcare team. Our fast-paced multidisciplinary clinic specializes in treating patients involved in motor vehicle accidents and personal injury cases through a collaborative approach that includes medical, chiropractic, rehabilitative, and diagnostic care. This is an excellent opportunity for an APRN who enjoys autonomy, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact in patients' recovery process. Position Responsibilities Perform comprehensive primary consultations for new personal injury patients Conduct detailed neuro-orthopedic examinations Order and diagnostic imaging including X-rays Develop individualized treatment plans based on objective exam findings and imaging results Prescribe and coordinate rehabilitative therapies and supportive care Perform re-examinations and final evaluations Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Collaborate closely with providers and rehabilitation staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Active APRN license in Arkansas Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Experience in personal injury, orthopedics, pain management, family medicine, urgent care, or rehabilitation preferred Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment Excellent communication and patient education skills Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail What We Offer Competitive compensation Full Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Monday-Friday schedule No weekends Excellent work-life balance Supportive team environment Modern integrated clinic setting Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Schedule Full-Time Monday to Friday Great work hours If you are passionate about helping patients recover and thrive in a collaborative healthcare environment, we would love to hear from you.
