Pay:
$54.00 to $56.00 per hour

Three Month Contract | Travel RN
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Weekly Guarantee:
32 Hours

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled nursing care and hospice support to patients in home settings throughout assigned coverage areas
  • Coordinate and manage patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary hospice teams
  • Perform patient assessments, medication management, symptom control, and documentation
  • Educate patients and family members regarding hospice care plans and treatment goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation inpliance with agency and regulatory standards
  • Participate in back-up on-call rotation as scheduled
  • Travel throughout assigned counties including Sebastian, Logan, Crawford, Franklin, Scott, and Yell
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Follow infection control, patient privacy, and safety protocols at all times
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Active RN license required
  • Prior hospice, home health, or related nursing experience required
  • Strong assessment,munication, and patient care coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based setting
  • Current BLS certification preferred
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Why work for Adecco?
