Job Description

Professional Home Care is hiring Registered Nurses in Forrest City and Goodwin, AR. We pay biweekly. As a Registered Nurse RN you will provide one on one nursing care to patients in their home by assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating home nursing care needs of assigned patients as per their care plan. Professional Home Care, division of Approve Home Health, delivers high-quality care that allows the patients to manage their health at home. Hospitals and health providers around the state have partnered with us to deliver patient-centered care in the home for their clients. Child requires total care and g-tube medications and feeds- all training provided.
Shifts:
8, 10 , and 12 hour shifts available, evening shift and nightshift. Part time or full time hours q week. Saturday day shift available. All skills can and will be trained.
Additional Details:
Provide skilled nursing interventions according to the Plan of Care in order to treat the patient/client's illness, or meet his/hers rehab needs. Apply knowledge and skills in accordance with accepted standards of clinical practice to achieve resolution an individualized patient goals and outcomes. Consult with the RN Supervisor regarding any needed changes in the Plan of Treatment. Able to accept orders from physician and communicate these orders to the RN Supervisor. Maintain contact with all providers, and healthcare team to keep informed of any needs and status changes. Maintain the standards of professional conduct while delivering care in a manner that protects and preserves the patient's dignity, rights, values, beliefs, and privacy per policies. Complete a documentation for each visit for the patient record. Participate in all required in services programs provided by the agency.
Qualifications:
Associate Degree or higher in Nursing for RN Must have current RN or LPN licensure for state of Arkansas Current driver's license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle Ability to successfully complete required background check and drug screen Current CPR certification required
