Job Description

Company Overview BrightStar Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with hospice experience for a temporary 6-week contract assignment. This position is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and supporting individuals and families during critical stages of care.
Position Details:
6-Week Contract Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Immediate Start Available Competitive Contract Pay Responsibilities:
Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans. Coordinate patient care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes appropriately. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards of care. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care with professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
Active Arkansas Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing. Hospice nursing experience required. Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills. Current CPR certification. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team.
