Outpatient surgery center specializing in ophthalmology, facial plastics, and oral & maxillofacial procedures Immediate start available with training provided for nurses new to the OR Work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team The Role We are seeking a motivated RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and delivers safe, efficient, patient-centered care . This position is ideal for experienced OR nurses and perioperative nurses ready to grow into the OR. This role requires a strong work ethic, adaptability, and stamina to handle repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced surgical environment, while actively contributing to a professional team. Key Responsibilities Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room Prepare operating rooms, patients, and equipment for scheduled procedures Perform patient positioning, safety checks, and intraoperative support Maintain sterile technique and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical staff to ensure smooth case flow Contribute to a professional, accountable, and team-oriented work culture What We're Looking For Dependable, self-directed RN Strong work ethic with focus on patient safety and quality care Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team Thrives in a fast-paced, high-functioning ambulatory surgery environment Able to perform repetitive physical tasks, including pushing and pulling patient beds and wheelchairs Willing to learn and grow in the OR environment Required Qualifications Active Arkansas RN license BLS and ACLS certifications Comfortable working independently in a clinical setting Able to safely push/pull patient beds and wheelchairs Able to lift up to 50 lbs (OR experience preferred but not required) Schedule & Location Full-time, Part-time, or PRN Monday-Friday | Day shift Flexible scheduling Onsite
