Job Description
Professional Home Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses in Hot Springs, AR . We pay biweekly. As a Registered Nurse RN, you will provide one on one nursing care to patients in their home by assessing, developing, implementing, and evaluating home nursing care needs of assigned patients as per their care plan. Professional Home Care, division of Approve Home Health, delivers high-quality care that allows the patients to manage their health at home. Hospitals and health providers around the state have partnered with us to deliver patient-centered care in the home for their clients. Patient in that area requiring total care, managing tube feeding, and medications, . All skills can be trained.
Shifts:
Nights in Hot Springs , AR 12 hour nights shifts.Additional Details:
Provide skilled nursing interventions according to the Plan of Care in order to treat the patient/client's illness, or meet his/hers rehab needs. Apply knowledge and skills in accordance with accepted standards of clinical practice to achieve resolution an individualized patient goals and outcomes. Consult with the RN Supervisor regarding any needed changes in the Plan of Treatment. Able to accept orders from physician and communicate these orders to the RN Supervisor. Maintain contact with all providers, and healthcare team to keep informed of any needs and status changes. Maintain the standards of professional conduct while delivering care in a manner that protects and preserves the patient's dignity, rights, values, beliefs, and privacy per policies. Complete a documentation for each visit for the patient record. Participate in all required in services programs provided by the agency. Qualifications- LPN or RN license
- Experience in tube feeding
- Ability to follow care plans
- Proficiency in basic life support
- Familiarity with EHR systems
- Strong patient assessment skills
- Knowledge of physiology and patient care practices
